The Bundoora Veterinary Clinic and Hospital is a privately owned and operated small animal Veterinary Hospital, situated in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, providing surgical/medical/critical care and general health care for small animals. It employs fifteen full time Veterinarian Surgeons, eighteen Veterinary Nurses, and is staffed on a twenty-four hour basis every day. The hospital is part of the Bundoora Veterinary Group (BVG); which owns and operates the Bundoora Veterinary Hospital, the Specialist Centre and the Northern Suburbs Animal Emergency Centre. The BVG also has clinics at Mill Park and St Helena. Our Hospital is an ASAVA Accredited Hospital of Excellence and has been regularly inspected and active in the scheme since 1989. To maintain accreditation we must conform to stringent standards formulated by our professional governing body, the Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association. As part of our accreditation our hospital and patient records are regularly inspected by an external assessor. |
